Over 3 years the programme aims to;
- Offer ideas and inspiration to budding Innovators by learning from successful Innovation leaders what we need to do to be creative and succeed.
- Celebrate local innovation success stories
- Develop innovation leadership skills among local companies through bespoke individual learning and development programmes.
- Create a repository of Innovation case studies, learning tools and good practice
- Foster a local culture of innovation through the building of networks of like minded people
- Link budding Innovators to sources of help
This will be achieved through;-
- A series of Masterclass events with Innovation Leaders speaking about their personal experiences to selected audiences
- Learning tools and resources capturing the insights and experiences of Innovation leaders from a variety of sectors
- Specially commissioned articles on new trends, innovations and business models
- Coaching and bespoke learning and development programmes
- A support Network of like minded people
