The organisation that runs the "OnCourse" business masterclasses, has launched an innovative website.
Nottingham Development Enterprise marked the launch with an event that featured John Saunders, chief executive of Experian, and Patrick Hughes, marketing director at ClinPhone, who discussed the importance of innovation in their companies.
More than 60 guests attended and all were given passwords and login details of the new website, www.oncourse-innovation.com, from where they can access a library of information on innovation and how to incorporate it into their businesses.
Neil Horsley, CEO of Nottingham Development Enterprise, said:
"The website as a whole is designed to be a repository of useful information for the Nottingham business community and it is updated with reviews and key information from each evening, previews of forthcoming events and links to information on how to start, run and grow a business."
The project aims to offer ideas and inspiration to local managers by bringing them into contact with and learning from successful business innovators.
Chaired by a local TV personality, the events discuss practical examples of how companies have developed new products and services.
